Andrew M. Lloyd
Managing Attorney
A Texas native, Andrew M. Lloyd was born in the city of Duncanville, just south of Dallas. True to his roots, he believes in real Texas justice and taking care of family. Big government and belligerent litigators threaten his client’s core values – life, liberty, and property. Andrew exemplifies the attitude embodied in the slogan Don’t Mess with Texas, and is proud of the reputation he has gained in the North Texas region.
Upon graduation from Duncanville High School, he journeyed to Berlin, Germany, where he lived for two years, serving a charitable mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Despite numerous other trips to various countries across the globe, he is most comfortable right here in Texas, where he can serve his fellow citizens in their legal pursuits.
His undergraduate degree is from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in German. He was the Vice President of the English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta, and a member of two National Honor Societies, Alpha Chi and Golden Key.
His grandma Eileen always told him he would be a great attorney, so together with his true love and wife, Inga, he headed to the plains of Lubbock, Texas, where he alma matered at the Texas Tech University School of Law. As a third-year student, he gained a provisional bar license, which enabled him to begin practicing civil law prior to his graduation 2002. He was elected as the class speaker for his Graduation Ceremony. He was recognized on the Dean’s List, was a member for the Federalist Society, and was an officer for the International Legal Honor Society – Phi Delta Phi. He received his certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation, and has been a highly qualified Mediator ever since. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Texas Tech, graduating earlier than many of his peers so he could get moving on his career path – all of this while working full-time, raising a family, and honing his skills in Wing Tsun, a Chinese martial art.
He began his career working with the “top dogs” in Criminal Defense law in Fort Worth, then worked at the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, as an Assistant District Attorney for several years, to polish his courtroom and litigation skills, before beginning his civil trial experience with the largest credit card litigation firm at that time in the Nation. Finding he could better serve the community without bureaucratic largess, he went into private practice, and has worked in this capacity ever since.
He will be forever happily married to his beautiful wife, IngaLynn, and loves his four fantastic children – Gabriella, Lachland, Lillian, and Maximillian. He serves diligently in his church and community. He is physically active – playing racquetball, competing in triathlons, and training in martial arts. He is on the Troop Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 1830, and has served as the Scoutmaster there. His goal is to personally improve the life of each individual he meets, and his quick wit, humor, and personality afford him this exceptional opportunity. He is skilled and knowledgeable, personable and social, proficient and talented. In a world where most don’t, he cares.

Soheyla Z. Dixon
Associate Attorney
Soheyla was interested in the law at a very young age. Luckily for Lloyd Law Firm, her enthusiasm and passion persisted to adulthood. She has a level of confidence that demands the respect of her colleagues and peers, and this countenance is perfectly matched by her legal knowledge and practical skill. Soheyla is an accomplished attorney with an innate ability to quickly hone in on the crux of legal matters placed before her. The local courts have recognized her level of care for clients by placing her on various court appointment lists for those individuals who may be otherwise financially unable to hire counsel of their own. She joyously accepts these opportunities to assist those in need and further refine her advocacy talents.
She graduated from Paris High School with Honors and was proud to be in the top of her class and a member of the National Honor Society. She also captained the tennis team of her then alma mater, in addition to participating in the Althea Garden Club. Of course, ever the overachiever, she pursued college courses while still in high school. Receiving an academic and athletic tennis scholarship to Southern Arkansas University, she focused her studies further and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2004. She was a member of the Pi Gammu Mu Honor Society, Criminal Law Society, and Resident Hall Association.
Her independence and achievements are underscored by her resolve. She attended law school at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, while working full time to support 100% of her living expenses. For more than five years, she worked in property management, handling evictions for large apartment complexes. Receiving her third year bar card allowed her to practice as an attorney prior to graduation in Texas Wesleyan’s Law Clinic, representing family law clients in a variety of cases. This prospective work evidenced her profound anticipation and optimism for her future career.
Soheyla is happily married to Andrekus, a probation officer for Denton County for over five years. Together they raise their dog Chloe, when they’re not working out, reading, or spending quality time together. Soheyla is strong, courageous, and smart. She speaks fluent Farsi. She respects our clients wishes and gives them sound legal advice. Our clients are grateful for her sober words and legal prowess, as she assists them not only in overcoming legal hurdles, but in bettering their lives. It is both a trademark of our firm and a natural trait of Mrs. Dixon’s.
